Dr Charles Turton: 70 Years of the NHS - Where Now ?

Dr Charles Turton, who stood down as a Friends Trustee in 2018 after many years of service, spoke about his experience within the NHS at our Friends AGM on 5th June. Dr Turton spoke about his first experience as an NHS patient in his childhood right through to his period as Medical Director at BSUH and a short stint as Acting Chief Executive.
